Charity Giving from the 2016 757 Battle of the Beers

The 4th Annual 757 Battle of the Beers was a huge success, making the August 6, 2016 event the biggest one yet – and the most charitable! We raised and donated over $22,000 to local Hampton Roads charities. The main beneficiary of the event was St Mary’s Home, along with the winning breweries charities of choice: Navy Seal Foundation (Reaver Beach), Virginia Beach CASA (Commonwealth), and Chesapeake Care Clinic (Big Ugly).

Last year ALL open-for-business 757 breweries (as of August 2016) – that’s 18 breweries, folks –  competed on behalf of their chosen charity in 3 unique categories including:
-Best IPA
